1. Seated Cat-Cow
- Sit back-to-back with your partner, legs crossed.
- Inhale and arch your back, opening your chest (Cow Pose).

2. Double Downward Dog
- One partner starts in Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
- The second partner places their hands a few feet in front of the first partner and steps one foot at a time onto the lower back or hips of the first partner, coming into an L-shaped Downward Dog.

3. Partner Forward Fold
- Sit facing each other with legs extended and feet touching.
